Our Program. . . .
We provide a health assessment to each participant at the time of admission. The Center’s nurses work with the individuals, their families and physicians to develop a nursing care plan tailored to each person’s diet, exercise, activity, medication and therapy needs. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided in a family-style setting. Project independence’s adult day program combines fun and laughter with companionship and professional care. Family caregivers have peace of mind because their loved ones are in a safe, dignified, nurturing and home-like environment. We are a full-service adult day program for Washington and Northern Orange Counties.
